For Reps / Rounds
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Another Main Site WOD brought in to test your pull up skills. Jerry decided to do this one AND "Grace" just to get his name on the board. Which reminds me, GET YOUR NAME ON THE BOARD. Knock out one of the girls...

Very random... I did both of these workouts the day before he did! What did he end up scoring?
He got a 3:48 on Grace I think.
What a beast! I was sore for a number of days after... the 'death by pull-ups' and 'grace' were a killer combination!
