St. Patty's Day EXTRAVAGANZA

SAY WHAT!!!???  Yeah that's right everyone, 150 Burpees.... This is a CrossFit 916 tradition and YOU have been chosen to be a part of our family.  So welcome and GET'R DUN!!!!

I did this one after a long day of traveling, on vacation BTW, in the morning after a sausage and waffle breakfast.  I will post the video SHORTLY, if not than look on facebook and it will be there.  We leave the dock in a few hours...

I left the memory card at the box, as well as the results, so I will post everything tomorrow
